It’ll end up in the shed beside the dumbells, gut buster, rowing machine and all the other sh*te that you thought was a great idea, used 3 times and then put away with the promise that you’d get back in training tomorrow.

Just about sums me up, bought a mountain bike last year (to get fit). It hasn’t been out of the shed once, the lights and other stuff haven’t even come out of the boxes. So Cathal has just shamed me into doing something, so I might bring it our for a clean.

So when is the PI cycling trip ?

From what I can see at least 4 people have agreed with me on this thread… The Wonky Tonk Man, RandomLay, Joseph The Carpenter and P Diddy. This must be a miracle…

The miracle will be to see you on a bike…we’ll all agree on that one.

And we’ll need photographic evidence…none of your doctored up stuff either (based on the well known and much publicised fact that you won a round of the PS challenge).

Use photoshop to do all the slimming for you, if you only talk to people over the internet, no-one will know how you look. So Cathal save your time on cycling and polish up on photoshop problem solved.

I never actually thought of cycling as exercise. Always thought of it as a lazier way than walking to get from A to B.

If you driving around Inishowen in the next few weeks, take extra care, as you may come across these two mad men on their bikes, welcome back Sean hope you get back to full fitness soon.

Thats a shame, I’m away that weekend  , otherwise that may have been a bit of fun. Did you get a bike sorted ?
