AliParticipantmasteroftherealmParticipant
Thats really pretty ali!!
I think youve definitly found your photo niche!!Lovelt lighting on Jessica.
Well impresseive!!ciaranParticipantI think masteroftherealm is looking through rose (mono??) tinted glasses.
Again, like the other advertising shot, it’s well framed and the crop in general at nice. I really dont like how the fingers have been cropped on her right hand.. they just sneak into the frame. Out of the two advertising shots, I’d say this is the weaker one. But one thing I do agree with masterrealm on is that I think you have found your niche.
nolongerParticipantVery good shot. My only issue, and a minor one at that, is the same as ciaran’s wrt the fingers sneaking in from the side.
AliParticipantThanks for comments all. The problem is, i crop with my camera. :) I suppose now that i have the D200 i have the extra mp to crop how i like and not
lose out on quality. I still think the first point of interest is her face, then it moves along the diagonal to the writing – to me the fingers would be the last thing to notice which are positioned directly infront of the clothing which is what i would probably be advertising here. It’s just an example, but there is a method to my madness :)masteroftherealmParticipantHehe Chris always does bitch at everyone saying to crop in viewfinder not in PS, hed be proud of ya :) :P
And hun, theres nothing but madness in your madness!!

Dont quite know what you mean here ciaran.
But I like the view from here at least.AnonymousParticipantHi Alison
Not really to sure where chris is coming from although i would agree that a larger proportion of the hand be seen to the left of the frame ,i showed this to a fashion designer and we both agreed that maybe the hand would have being best brought to waist level or grasping the waistline adding to interest below the mid -riff.
Lovely lighting-did you balance with day light here?
Good job..
Ben
