I like to take a PS tutorial and put my own spin on it. You usually learn something important from doing these when something doesn’t work. In my case it was that displacement maps don’t work on anything bigger than 8 bits.
Its not a true selfie as I got my 10 year old son to photograph me. Hes beginning to enjoy being behind the camera rather than in front of it unfortunately.
Interesting result. Haven’t tried it yet, just might give it a go. Have tried texture overlays I think. Like the look of this though. Nice one.
