An amazing Sunset

This was the most amazing sunset I have ever witnessed, I watched it for
about 30mins from the very beginnings of a glow to this amazing flame
coloured glow, I had no tripod :oops: with me, so had it on auto and just
let the camera deal with it, people were coming out of the restaurants and
stopping in their tracks to watch it, ISO went up to 800 so a bit grainy but
I think the colour came pretty cloese to the real thing. About 60 secs later
it was dark.
Shame about the lack of tripod, but pretty good for iso 800

Thanks for looking, it reminded me of that film ages ago with
Kurt Russel I think Backdraft.This is stunning. I have captured a few nice sunrises / sunsets recently but this one beats them all. Just goes to show that we have beauty all around us.
Sky of flames. Brilliant – well done.
