An Arra of Shots (C&C if you please!)

Howdy – Ive been away for a good while.
In the last month or so I’ve been into a few gigs and hgere’s some of the shots that have resulted. C&C would be greatly appreciated. More than happy to answer qs!

great set of shots here, a few notes,
1. a tighter crop could work better so that the artist fills the frame almost.
2. great capture
3. tighter crop just above the spotlight would be good and bring the main focus of the shot into the frame
he seems a bit lost in the frame.
4. great shot.
5. i would try ad a little more exposure.these are a really nice set though, fairplay to you, where were they taken?
Lovely shots, I like your technique. What aperture/ISO did you use? Did you use any indirect flash?

Right, first of to Rodred, #1,3 & 5 were at the Academy (poor lighting imo) and the other two were at Tripod from the crowd.
b318isp, the iso was different for all: None are below 800 though, think the first and the last were upwards of 1000, might have even been 1250. Aperture was 1.8 for #2 and #4 and 2.8 for the rest – you get an idea of how dark the Academy is now! Great venue mind, just a nightmare light-wise imo! And no flash is allowed, so it’s all done with the inhouse stuff!
Just one qn for you guys (or anyone else) is my technique a bit ‘samey’ though?
I really want some magical back-lit shot or some impressive jumping singer shot, but these have yet to magterialise. Are these shots diverse enough to keep interest over-time do you reckon?
