and another German….

Madra RuaParticipant
Seeing that Marcus has beaten me to the introduction and posting his first snap shot
(after I told him about this place only yesterday! ), I have decided that it’s time to say ‘hi’ as well.Hi everyone!
My name is Hauke (pronounced as in ‘How ca(n) you not pronounce that?’).
I am a German, living in Dublin for 10 years and I have been taken photos for way too long without knowing what I’m doing :mrgreen:Like Banjo I hope to do a course or two in the next few month and I am also on the lookout for DSLR as well.
The Canon 400D looks tasty. And I still have a set of Canon EF zoom lenses from my ‘analog’ EOS.
Would they work I wonder? :roll:Anyway,
Nice to find this place,
Hauke

That’s much longer than I have ever spent in Germany – I left when I was three!

Gerryg….Thank you for the nice welcome everyone.
… and no need to write in German.
As long as nobody writes as gaeilge I recon I’d be ok.Gerryg,
I wouldn’t call it work – and I’m not sure I’d like it to be either
But maybe, with a little help, it can become something that is at least pleasant or interesting to look at. :DdavenewtParticipantWelcome. My dodgy German is best left in my head, like a lot of my photos – which never seem to come out the way I expect them to :-)
Have fun!
carlParticipantWelcome to THE forum Hauke.

AliParticipantgerrygParticipantWell Hauke as long as you are happy with your images thats all that matters. It’s good to get constructive criticism and advice, it does help, but once your happy with what you produce your winning……
