It has a lovely sky and you have exposed it well. I am not totally convinced that the tree is adding to the success of the image. I wonder if it is blocking my view of that lovely sky. I think when something is as prominant in an image as the tree is it has to be either in or out when the foreground interest is cropped or partially cut it doesnt please the eye in the composition.
