Yes – I wanted to speak to them about purchasing by Paypal as it is advertised on the home page but not available at checkout, I ended up phoning twice and each time I got through to people. There was a que wait time of 20 mins each time but you can hang up and phone back in 15 mins or so and get back into your waiting slot so that worked. Found them helpful. As it happens they don’t accept paypal from non UK residents. I just wanted extra security on my purchase as I’ve heard so many mixed reports about service and delayed delivery etc. I also emailed the query and got a response back within 24 hours (today) with the same answer and a suggestion to order through Google. Not sure what exactly that service offers but will check it out. It’s hard to resist as they prices are so competitive. I reckon if anything goes wrong I will have protection with the credit card company.

I was able to pay through Google Market which is similar to Paypal. At least that offers a little extra security!
