    Hey Beerhunter,

    Welcome to the site . . .

You might want to resize those images before you post them as most
people wont bother opening them as they are too big and wont fit
    on a monitor screen without scrolling . . .

    like me

resize them repost them and we will take a look!

from the thumbnails they dont look half bad.

Firstly, you need to reduce the size of the images (say 750 px by 500 px).

Secondly sign up to an image hosting site such as photobucket (its free). http://photobucket.com/

This will allow you to embed your images in your post

Here is a screen shot of some images I have uploaded to photobucket:

If you click the contents of the IMG Code box, the contents will be automatically copied and can be pasted into your post on the PI Forum. This link will introduce the image at its full size in the post.

From what I have seen of your pictures they look pretty good to me but you will get more feed back if you embed them in your post

    Hope that helps.

    Beerhunter,

I took a look at #1 and #5. Like the others here I couldn’t wait for the rest of them to download.

#1 needs some CW rotation. The lampposts are leaning a bit to the left and the horizon goes up to the right. There is also some chromatic aberration at the top of the lampposts (the blue fringing). Not sure if this was caused by the processing, the lens, the camera or what.

#5 needs some CCW rotation judging by the posts at the end of the pier. There are also some artifacts appearing. This could be due to the processing. Not sure.

Both are excellent subjects and would be worth visiting again. I especially like #5 with the pier leading your eye into the shot.
