Hi,
This is my first post. I bought my camera earlier this year and am very anxious to get going. I’ve added 2 pics that I’ve taken a couple of days ago and would really like to know what you think. Thanks.

Two lovely subjects and well focussed. However, the first pic is spoiled somewhat by the composition; looks a bit ‘cramped’ with the top of the head chopped off. There’s also a distracting light or something near the left eye. Neverthe less, nice pics with promise of even better to come.

There is a lot I need to sort out before I’ll get use to my D80. But as they say, get out and keep on shooting…
