Soon enough I hope to be out and about round this lovely emerald isle for a few landscapes, but I thought for now I’d see what you thought of a couple of old slides I have from back over yonder. They are a bit mucky unfortunately, I’ve done a good bit of cloning out dust and scratches so I think they are as good as I can expect…
(Does anyone know how to switch on HTML in my posts so I can make the pics clickable links? I’ve just put wee ones and a text link for now)

wow, what a reflection on the first one, beautiful. Bit murky yes, but there is a 100% great shot in them.

I agree with Mark, wow what a reflection, the still water terrific. what time of the day was it taken ?

It would have been mid afternoon I expect, the sun not too high in the sky. That one with the reflection is probably about 4 years old, difficult to remember!!!
That is an awesome composition – very symmetrical, might even be fun to show that first one upside down to see if anyone notices !
