Hi all, need some advice, yet again, have been asked to do a lot of school portrait shots, in the schools, including pre school graduation where they are wearing all the gear hats capes etc, looking for a reasonable backdrop that is portable, any advice on where to look?
many thanks
JonshutterbugParticipantPlenty of them on ebay, depending on how quick you want it. If you use the
UK suppliers you will have it in a week. Prices range from €40 for cloth and
about the same for a support to put it on.PiotrWMemberjonwrightParticipantthefizzParticipantCheck out one of PI’s sponsers, http://www.barkerphotographic.ie. Give Paddy a ring and he’ll give you good advice.

2x clipsclami79Participanti’ve ordered a large one last week and was happy with the service received throughout the order/delivery. i was tempted with the price and decide to order one. unfortunately i was under the influence of few beers and ordered a brown one. altough i think i could have picked a better colour i’m happy with the material and the look of it. only issue is with colour that does look nice but might not work for what i do and will probably receive little use. only used it once to test and see what it would look like in a final picture. took 3 shots of my cousin with 3 different lights set-up just to get an idea.
here you can see the 3 pics. 1 light in the first one and 2 lights in the others.
material itself doesn’t look extremely strong however i could be wrong. will need to have a proper go at it. time will tell
