I think that both your shots are excellent, however I do think that you have included too much sky in both your photos.

lovely colours but the sky in #2 looks too saturated.
i agree with tex on the first image, too much sky, it needs more foreground.
Thanks for the comments everyone, i agree about cropping the sky on the first one. I dont really want to lose any more sky on the second but it possibly could take a little desaturation. It was quite a blue twilight

two excellent images, man just when i think i have some nice images i am reminded of your site :( really need to get out and about again. Well done. Agree on comments re the sky the drama is close to horizon everything else above you could easily lose and make two great images even better.
