It looks like this was a slow exposure based on the movement in the tree, and I like the sense of movement the blurring of some of the branches gives the image. The sky does look a little strange to me though. The central bit of the sky looks like it’s been dodged a bit and the edges look a bit dark.

It definitely looks like an IR shot to me: blackened sky, white trees and grass, long exposure… Very nice one.
Perhaps I would have cropped a little tighter here though, I find it a bit distractive.
