Beautiful Moon.

I think the lack of any features on the moon takes from the final image which is well composed. The moon is a lot brighter than what you may think. Depending on what ISO you are using the best exposure is usually that what you would set your controls for ‘cloudy bright’ scene. Your shot is a little overexposed. There is always the next full moon, so bracket around your chosen exposure.
Ya it is very difficult to take as the moon as you say is very bright.
This one I took as 2 pictures. one of the starts and one of the moon.
