tried getting some insects today with the reversed 50mm.. had much better results handheld then with a tripod. c&c welcome.

You need a steady hand cos the slightest movement or the slightest breeze can blur the shot.
Because of the very narrow DOF I always try to focus on the eyes and anything else is a bonus :wink:thanks noely, i thought i did focus on the eyes, but the little bugger moved on me. ;) i’ve got about 50+ shots from this afternoon, hopefully i got at least one right.
