Belfast Monument

Some of you Belfast natives might be able to identify this monument for me. I think it is the back of the Cenotaph in the grounds of City Hall but I am not sure. I used Ilford HP5 35mm film and scanned the negative. I like the way the clouds came out.

the clouds are nice but i dont like the thing in the bottom right.
