BPIC Camera Club meets every Thursday evening at 7.45pm at Morton Community Centre, Lorne Street, Belfast. (off Lisburn Road near Tescos)
New season has just started and new members welcome.
Is it very strict entry?
I emailed these guys weeks ago, and got no reply- I added a photostream, so I thought i wasn’t up to scratch!Jakki
The person monitoring the e-mails is probably on holiday. Dont be put off – the club has people at all levels and welcomes one and all. The Chairman is Russell Birch and you can contact him and he will let you know forthcoming topics on club nights etc. I will PM you his e-mail address.

Is it too late to be thinking about joining this current year, or does the club continue through the summer months? And can you attend on a ‘casual’ basis before committing to join?
BPIC Camera Club new season starts next Thursday 4 September 2008. The Club meets every Thursday evening with a varied programme throughout the season. New members welcome at all times.

Unfortunately (!) I’m off to Tuscany for a week so I’ll miss the first week! Hope to be there after that.
Wonder if the programme is on the website yet?Well, absent last week but finally made it this evening. Glad I went as I found out why my indoor photos from the wedding were ‘off’ – all the fault of the flash (workman: tools :lol: )

season, from September until May. The new season starts again on Thursday 9 September 2010.BPIC is a rapidly expanding Camera Club, striving to become Northern
Ireland’s Number 1 Club. New members are always welcome, from beginners
to advanced, so feel free to come along and make yourself known to any
of the Club officials on a Thursday evening! If you would like to
contact us via e-mail, please use the ‘contact’ tab at the top of the
page.We will have printed copies of the Club Programme, as well as a leaflet explaining the various competitions and activities. There will be a brief explanation of what is meant by mounting a print, and the various ways to go about it, whether single mounted, window mounted, flush print etc. Paul Hanley will demo the Club group on Flickr, and the BPIC gallery on Pbase.
