Here are a couple I took a while back in Belfast Zoo.
Thanks for looking any comments welcomed.
SodaRobertoMemberI like the composition of the tiger. It’s pity that not sharp enough. Maybe you can improve it by sharpness tool of your software.
The second shot is sharp but don’t like the composition. I would crop the chain.
The third phot has disturbing wood stick on the right side corner.SodafarlMemberRoberto thanks for the comments I will give it a try and see what happens.
SodaciaranParticipantComing from a complete wildlife “non-expert” I think the trick to taking good zoo photographs is to make sure the images don’t look like they were taken at a zoo. Unfortunately all these shots have obvious signs of captivity! The chains, concrete walls and paths. For me, even if the shots were sharp, their impact would be lost because of this.

Ciaran I agree with your comments I think but because of the restrictions at the Zoos and the lack of these animals in the open in Belfast (there are some wild animals but not this kind) there is not really much choice in what can be taken plus the title wasn’t really hiding anything.
SodaWinkauss yeah there was the usual dirty thick glass between us (thank god)
Cheers
