Well the first thing i done was duplicate the layer and create a levels adjustment level to boost the contrast a bit, then remove the parts that were to white white with the eraser. I then used a small brush to dodge the eyes around the pupil (set at about 4%) i also dodged the whites of the eye with a larger brush. Then filter/distort/lens correction and added the dark corners (vigentte) and then filter/blur/smart blur set at about 0.4 100%
