Bench View, Glendalough

I like the idea on this one. The colours too are subdued but not bland.
I feel the background isn’t sharp enough to be part of the main subject of the image but not out of focus for it not to be, if you can underatand. There’s a few distractions to draw away from the bench.
Still, it’s a nice idea.

I would convert it to b&w and play with lights / contrast to bring up more the texture of the bench, specially of the contrasty parts.
I did some very quick adjustments. It is not perfect but maybe gives you some hint….?
I like Roberto’s idea, but have to say for me, I am attracted to the array of colors in here. They are all so complimentary.
It’s a very relaxing photo, and I wish I were sitting there at the moment
:D
