Black and white or colour? Connemara Road

Looking for some feedback on a shot to see if people prefer B & W, colour or neither! Taken in Connemara near Kylemore Abbey recently. Amazing countryside up there, stunning. I aim to spent another couple of full days up there in next few weeks.
Beautiful image Gary! Colour is great but my preference is the B&W, I like the tones and the treatment you gave it. A place I’ve only visited in Summer time, but the clouds and grey sky make this one for me.
Oh! i think B&W wins this one, colour is good but B&W works best even though there isn’t a massive range of tones there is still drama and a greater sense of winter and wilderness, works for me anyway
Thanks for all for taking the time to post. Its weird, I converted it to B&W the day I took it and was delighted with it.. It was only when I went back to it a few weeks later that I tried it in colour… Must get them printed and see what they look like.. Dying to get back up to that part of the country again very, very soon.. Feel free to share locations with me
First of all let me say they book look stunning, that’s a great shot! If i had to choose it would be #1

excellent image – works equally well in either – the colour though is my favourite
I have come back to this a number of times and the B&W is most striking, again and again it draws you in.
