I’ve been told they are going to be the same retail price here in Ireland as the rest of Europe too?

No, I think that the Revenue Commissioners are going to allow the foirst 2,000 into the country without adding duty and VAT. But there will be a US surcharge for using the GPS. The Manufacturers of the hard disk (not 8GB but 8TB) also requires a licence fee for the use of each GB of space.

I have also heard that the Blow-up Accessories and Dolls Association (BADAss) is seeling to levy a charge on behalf of its members for each time one is used in a shoot – something to do with retirement and rehabilitation benefits once they are used up.

Nah? D’ya think?? How can you tell?? You mean, the inflatables aren’t being given to the first buyers of the 7D    . I was so looking forward to the inflatable fly so I could be just like Noely. Then again…me buying a Canon…that’s just plain silly anyway . Do they do the 7D in Sony???
