Blue eyes

I though it was about time to start posting my photos and getting critique rather than leaving them sitting in a folder on the PC! c&c welcomed!!
DEFINATELY post your pics and take the critique on the chin :) it’ll be worth it – you’ll learn loads!
The crop here just makes me feel I’m missing out on an interesting image – the smiley eyes make me want to see the smile..( can’t please me )
as for the blue – I’m sorry !… not a big fan..

Welcome to the site. Only new here myself. I think you will get some
great help here if you want it & people express their honest
opinion when asked to do so.Don’t forget (apart from sound technical issues) it is often only personal
opinion & the most important opinion on your images is often your own.When I looked at this post yesterday my first reaction was that
all the image was not showing. I did’nt comment then but decided to look
again and I have the same reaction.It’s only a personal opinion but I am not a great fan of colour popping. (but
I had great fun playing with it when I first got elements)Keep posting & enjoy.

Thanks for the comments guys, really appreciate it. LoGill, the original pic is included in a unprocessed and uncropped form, its not very exciting at all! I reprocessed it with no blue eyes too. I think it just looks so smiley because his wrinkles are showing up a lot!!

I prefer to see the face :) … its a rule to not call them wrinkles – those are “life lines” .. unless the person is 90 ;)
