Normally the rule of thirds is a nice rule to stick to and diagonal lines tend not to work and can hurt the eyes to view. but like all rules they are more guidlines.

Not very much I’m afraid… it’s neither aesthetically pleasing, well defined from a compositional viewpoint or straight.
Not sure where the Rule of Thirds comes into play here… or not… you’ve lost me on that one.
Sorry… but I don’t like it at all.
