Ok guys so here’s my attempt at photographing bluebells in bloom, though everyone’s probably sick of seeing them by now. I have to admit I always find it difficult to get what I’m looking for with these shots. I tried last year and was very disappointed, a bit happier this time around. Anyway, C & C welcome :)

I’m only looking at these on my phone but they look good mark. You seem to have a good thick carpet of bluebells in all 3 shots. The technique you used in the 3rd is very difficult to get right but it looks good to me ! .i See you invested heavily in a couple of very decent cameras !! What did you do with the 7d and ef-s lenses ?

Thanks Dallan! I still have the 7D – I use it with my long lens sometimes to get a bit more reach for wildlife etc. I find using a telephoto compresses the bluebells together and makes them look a lot more dense than they really are. Still, there’s a nice carpet out in Derreen, & I’m assuming they’re still there. The cold weather might be helping to preserve them a bit…

I’ve spent a bit on cameras over the last year alright…but that’s stopped for the foreseeable future because I’m getting married in December :)

    Cheers,

Mark, great shot, I love the pano, not so sure about the colors though. Can you tell me what wood this is?
