Thanks everyone for the critique. It’s always good to get a mix of opinions as to how different people see an image.
Sorry Steven, but I just don’t get this one. Something about it just
doesn’t work for me. It’s not the converging verticals or the perspective.
It’s not the colours, although to my eye they do seem a little oversaturated
and on the cusp of appearing cartoonish.Rob – thanks for your critique. I appreciate your honesty and the constructive feedback.
The strange thing about the saturation is that it hasn’t been altered from the original RAW file. :D
I knew this one wouldn’t appeal to everyone, but hey, that’s the cool thing about photography.
I’m glad I didn’t delete it and that it made it onto my hard drive :D :D :lol: :lol: :lol:Steven
It’s always cool to find images that mean something after.
I wish the bluebells had been this good this year. I went to Portumna Woods again this year (but earlier than last year). but it seems like we missed the best of it.Great image BTW.
