Great striking image! great choice for conversion too.

The sky is what makes it for me. Really dramatic!

There is a Correct Camera Distortion Filter in Elements 5.
I’m relieved, as I upgraded from Elements 2 yesterday, and it is soo-o much better!

I’d swap horses for the seafront any day ;-) Beautiful shot L, see what you meant about the sky!

Cracking shot Lorraine…and that lens correction filter worked wonders…is a marked difference. I think this thread might be getting visited quite a bit when a few more of those wide angle lenses appear. A good one to take note of for future reference.

I had a scope at my E5 book last night, I noted the Correct Camera Distortion filter but didn’t think it would correct this. I’ll have another look tonight, cheers.

    Flip – I agree – the weather was co-operating for a change ;) … I love drama :D

P&S – the reviews online for elements 5 seem very good – I haven’t used it but it seems to have alot of what you need :)

Dave –  Are ye mad :!: :!:  Its a lovely spot out on Bray promenade -always plenty of strollers and interesting people types to shoot aswell.. Very different to stinky horse poo Smithfield on a miserable Sunday :) But I take the opportunities i get

Robbie – Yup – handy filter that – I’m sure it will get planty of work from me – Thanks again JB ;) – sounds like a wide angle might be on your gadget list

Brian – Glad you found it – I’m interested to her how it works out for you ?
