Yesterday I mentioned my preference for level horizons, which reminded me of this one, which I deliberately framed like this, on a tripod (film is cheap these days)
Its only a snap, and hardly worth the briefest flicker on the liquid crystal, but I’ve always had a soft spot for it.
If anyone else has a picture which deliberately breaks the rules, maybe you would consider posting it here, maybe we could learn a thing or two-

This one was taken during a long walk up Mweelrea.
The views from up there were supposed to be fantastic – but unfortunately the mist didn’t lift for a minute during the 9 hour hike.
good one- like it a lot- immensely helped by not being able to see the far horizon, then seeing that the slope could replace the horizon-
could maybe play around a bit more with an idea like that-
by the way, I meant all kinds of rules, not just horizons.
