Budget lighting setup

    Hi all,
    I am doing some amateur filming indoors. Mainly from tripod. Subject max 2m away from lights and or camera. Ideally am looking for 5000k light temperature setup to be able to film with DSLR at 1/100 ISO 200 f/2.8. Two lights (softboxes?) in the kit would do just fine. Budget – €200 with very little room to stretch. Ideally sold in Ireland and even better if here in Dublin. Something like this would be nearly ideal:
    http://www.amazon.co.uk/PhotoSEL-LS21E52-Professional-Lighting-Softboxes/dp/B002I3VCGS/ref=sr_1_2?s=photo&ie=UTF8&qid=1372693457&sr=1-2&keywords=kit” onclick=”window.open(this.href);return false;
    Before buying without knowing decided to ask here in case there is something better around.
    Thank you all kindly for responses.

    Film makers use corrective gels (light blue) in front pf their lights to adjust the kelvin temp to daylight. An inexpensive setup would be two 500 watt builders halogen lights c/w with stands (about €50 each) with the corrective gel located about six to 9 inches(150 to 200 mm) in front of them. Crude but effective.

    LED panels would do the job, and maybe worth checking out. No experience with them, but lots of folks use them for video work I believe.
