Business plan information

I am busy attending a course in which I am required to submit a theoretical business plan and I was hoping to get some pointers from the well versed members of “PI”. My proposal revolves around a photographic business and would require employment of 2 full time photographers preferably individuals who have just completed studies. So my questions would be:-
1) Where do I find recently qualified (with a little experience) photographers?
2) What would be an acceptable pay package (monthly salary) for these individuals? (My proposal would include “the business” purchasing the gear).I look forward to hear from you guys and no I can’t tell you more about the proposal, and I am not looking to employ anybody (sorry).

any college course really wants to jump up and down telling people that their graduates walk into jobs so they tend to be really helpful, go to GCD, Kilester or any other place running photography courses at this time of year and they will put students in touch with you. They may also have a mailing list for their recent grads many of whom will not have got a job yet. I would think that 1,500 a month would be a good starting point. don’t forget VAT, insurance, rates, etc when doing figures

A: Legal minimum amount – because you will probably still need to train them.
As your Business Plan is theoretical and hypothetical, why get in touch with prospective employees? Invent the whole lot. As another reply stated, National Minimum wage applies.
I’ve just handed in a Biz Plan as part of my degree studies. For my dissertation I have to conduct a few interviews with various people. I could fake those and cover myself by citing “confidentiality and anonymity”.
