I’m looking to buy 8 or 16 gb scandisk 30 mb / ps CF cards. Just wondering where do other members buy their cards, ie. cheapest place on the net :D . I usually buy from 7dayshop.

    Thanks.

    Hi Dave,

Just beware on ebay though – many of the cards are known to be counterfeit !

I use 7dayshop too Dave, have never had any problem with them, and
their prices are very competitive. Though I am always tempted to buy more
than I need to make the most of the postage charge

Yes, I will probably go with 7dayshop. I have been warned about ebay before so I think I might stay away from them this time.

I have the KIngston 16 gig and 8 gig cards Dave and i think they are reliable and great. All bought from 7dayshop and reasonable.

The only problem i find with them is the shipping, so i just wait until i have a big order and stick them in, failing that, we order groups of individuals in the camera club and share the postage

Third-ed for 7dayshop. Sometimes you can find cheaper, but it’s usually not worth the time spent searching to save a couple quid. They’re consistent and reliable. The new Sandisk ultra cards are 30mb/s and seem to be top notch.

Make sure you don’t get the older Ultras, since they’re only 15mb/s—noticeably slower when downloading cards onto the computer.
