Try and sort out the horizon on the first image before the police see it.
I would do a crop on the first image like you have on the second one otherwise nice images.

Thanks Neil, i appreciate the feedback. It’s been said before so i suppose I’d better heed the horizon advice.What do most people use to correct for this, lens correction in PS or something like PTLens like john suggested in another post? I just tried your crop suggestion in lightroom but it doesn’t really work for me.
Myles, thanks for your comment. The exif for the fist shot is 10 sec f/22 iso 200 16mm , the second is 30 sec f/22 Iso 100 20mm

Yes Lens correction in Photoshop will do the trick.
Don’t worry about the crop, if you don’t like it don’t do it.
