Calumet Vs. Warehouse Express

Has anyone had experience of these two suppliers? I’ve used Calumet, who I’ve found to be very good on price, but appalling on after sale service and communication. I’d love to know if WE are any better?
Any alternative options would be welcome.

I have used Warehouse Express a quite a few times
All transactions were trouble free except one.
On one occasion I purchased a Canon 1.4 X Extender. When I opened it, indeed as I was opening it I could hear the sound of tinkling glass….Not good!
I emailed Warehouse Express to inform them about the broken extender. They promptly emailed me back an authorisation code / reference to return the product to them … which I did.A few days later I received a replacement extender in the mail.
I was about to query the cost of the postage & insurance that I had incurred for returning the defective product to them when I noticed that my credit card had already been credited with the correct amount of the postage (They must have examined the packaging and figured out how much it had cost me)All in all I was impressed with the the service. Having said that I have not bought anything for more than a year so not sure of what their current service is like.
Calumet? Can’t really comment
Another thumbs-up for Warehouseexpress here, have used them a bit when sterling differential suited and found them fine to deal with. Got free postage too on an item from a multi-order that was out of stock and followed (order split by agreement) when back in a couple of weeks later.
Haven’t used Calumnet to date.
This is all great feedback. Thanks guys. I’ll post my full Calumet experience once I get my order.
Have used Calumet recently to get a new Lowepro Bag, placed the order over the net on Sunday, got a call Monday morning to confirm the charges for delivery ( as per the website) bag arrived Tuesday afternoon!! Could not fault the communication or service!
