Can anyone reccommend a place to say in Glendalough

Hi Guys!

I`m wanting to go to glendalough for a few days and was wondering if anyone can reccommend a place to stay….

The Glendalough hotel is booked up for a while…..

if you are driving stay in laragh or roundwood, much nicer than the paces in glendalough

John Griffin who is a wildlife ranger in Glendalough, and used to be a regular poster to this forum may be able to point you in the right direction. He sorted out accomodation for a few of us some time back.

As Steve pointed out, Laragh is probably your best bet, just a short hop from Glendalough, but much more choice.

Have a look at Glenmalure..not too far a drive back to Glendalough..
Plenty in the Glenmalure area to take pix of also.
