Can photo be upsized without too much loss

I sent a photo 6×4 when it should be 8×6. Can it be upsized by a paper if they want it for hard copy print. PS was on 6×4 and forgot to change it

I think that the papers print at 72dpi so if they print larger than the 6×4 you provided they should still be ok.
