MartinParticipant
Located around St Stephens green, Adelaide Road direction?
The areas around my left shoulder/back/neck is at me the last 4 weeks. Not getting better, getting worse today. Any recommendations?
Cheers

jb7ParticipantSorry to hear that Martin-
I had similar, though more than ‘at me’ a few years back-
an osteopath sorted it out-
with a mixture of remedies I wouldn’t have signed up for myself, only he was a mate-Including acupuncture and hot cups-

Lose the RZ, stick with the Holga…
cathaldParticipantAnother trip to the Mournes Martin and Joseph making
his famous hot toddies, they will sort you outjessthespringerParticipantThat’s a decent link Zoltan posted.
An osteopath might have a more direct approach Martin. A deep tissue massage or two might help also, none of this fluffy whale music stuff though,
look for a sports therapist.A seaweed bath might give some pretty instant relief, not sure if there any near you. I try to go for one every 8 weeks or so, always feel great afterwards.
Hope you get it sorted soon.

MartinParticipantThanks all for the flowers, get well soon cards and the whale music cd’s
Was at a sports Physiotherapist at lunch time. Its much better now. Have an appointment to go back on Friday to finish it off. Very happy with it, best 55euro iv spent in a while…

cathald: Trip to the Mournes again would be good if anyone is interested. I plan to photograph the Tors over the coming months if anyone wants to come along….
randomwayMemberCan I ask where did you go, Martin? I got a quote from a Private Hospital, €150 per visit… but I would expect a brand new skeletal system to be installed for that kinda money. PM me with details if possible, thanks.
MartinParticipantHi Z,
These people are 8 mins from where I work

So far so good, my shoulder is slightly tightening up again this evening but hopefully the session on Friday will improve it a little more. It will take a few weeks to return to normal though. They seem very good, lots of experience with sports teams etc. Appointment was at 1:00 and I seen the lady at 1, no sitting around…
All the best
