Date codes are very confusing for me. How old is the lens. I would be very interested in it. I just need to see what funds I can raise and let you know

I am open to be correction but that code suggests the lens was manufactured in the Oita plant in November 2000 but that factory was not built until 2007.

If you take a look on the pictures, code on the lens is UU1111 (Utsunomiya 2006 11 November)
