    Yea really nice,

Having fun again, Im sure she was in her element there!

Very nice image Sinead, what camera did you use?

I would probably boost the saturation just a tad to bring up the
    greens in particular.

    Lovely though.

Seen this on your flickr, looks like a super spot alright. great colours in this and looks nice and sharp, Jess is having fun alright, still loving the tennis balls I see…

Was on a half day from work myself today and found some bluebells, not as good as these ones though, had no poxy colour film with me, only some instant film. Crap shot but…… http://i151.photobucket.com/albums/s121/mhughes1973/Bluebells494_web.jpg

I like that too Sinead, though I’d be with Alan on thinking that it could do
with a bit of a boost; those greens do look a little anaemic…

Nothing wrong with that shot Martin…

Thanks all for the comments, much appreciated.

I did push the saturation on the bluebells, but I brought the greens down a bit, too much green saturation has a tendancy to make me feel a bit ill,
but, I guesss everyone doesn’t feel that way. I might have went a bit too far with it.
And, yes, Jess is loving it here at the moment, we go here almost everyday now, she just really loves running through these flowers, she found that ball there,
and it was a squeeky one, which made her doubly happy!

Martin – I love that picture!!

    Alan – I used a D80 and a Sigma 10-20

Gary – Yes, Narrow Water, as you say, brilliant location.

    Thanks again,

    Sinead…

Oh, here are a few from the Mamiya. Taken on Good Friday afternoon.

It’s nto easy to get the exposure right for Jess’s head while not overexposing the whole shot… try bringing back some detail in the shadows on the first one… or get a new dog with better colours, less contrast ;) Saturation looks fine to me.

    get a new dog

    Oh, no… I couldn’t, I’m a one dog woman!!
But, yes, the exposure can be tricky sometimes. Maybe I should have got a little Field Spaniel (brown) instead…

    Thanks, Zoltan.

    Love these two too!

    I would’nt mind the exposure here . . .

it is Jess that matters, her posees are commanding the scene
    particularly #2.

    very nice.

Love that first one Sinead…the wide angle gives the sense of Jess rushing towards you and the bluebells look gorgeous.

The mamiya shots, as Alan said, are all about Jess.

I hope she doesn’t hang around here herself…a new dog indeed…Shame on you Zoltan

lovely blue bells and a happy dog ( :
