Cape Clear Wagtail (species identification?)

    Hi,

This is actually one of the few images of mine that I’ve ever post processed. The processing was very basic, just a little bit of unsharp mask and levels adjustment (thanks to John (5faythe) for the tips).

I’m interesting in comments on the panoramic crop and particularly the processing, as I’m curious as to how it looks on other monitors and to more experienced eyes. I’ll have to judge how it appears when on the forum for myself as well.

And if anyone knows the exact species, jump in. Hopefully I at least got the wagtail part right.

    Thanks,

    Alan

    Hi,

The crop is okay, but would be better if heshe was perched on something more interesting than a wall…. not that walls arent interesting seeing I am one!

Anyway, for my money, its a juvenile Pied Wagtail….. although I could be wrong.

    Cheers,
