Caught my groynes on the rocks

We Wexford folk don’t like to brag but when it comes to the tackle for the job, no one’s groynes quite stick out like ours. :lol:
There’s obviously someone with political pull with a house on the water’s edge here. A lot of money was spent dumping huge boulders along the seashore here to stop the erosion.
Harry Crosbie has a holiday house about ten miles north of here (Kilpatrick) and I saw Minister Browne with his entourage surveying the erosion up there some time back so we can expect a lot of money to be spent up there sometime in the future.It’s not really surprising that politicians would be particularly adept at protecting their Groynes really.
Although i think that a lot of Fianna Fail Groynes might well be pretty bruised after the local election :wink:

It’s not a theory! You wait and see, this time next year there will be measures in place up at Harry Crosbie’s recently refurbished pad in North Wexford.
