The first image needs to be cropped at the top & lose the pots!
I can’t bare photos of pregnant women so we won’t go there.
The final image is a beauty, Well done!

I think you have a mix of lighting issues here Af, over exposures and harsh lighting 2, 4 and 5. Flat lighting 1 and 3, and under exposure and loss of detail (neck ) number 6. Composition wise, some correcting required there too on all but 4 & 5.

i like the expression in 1, though the things in the foreground perhaps could be done without.
2 and 3 not my cup of tea.
i like 4, its high key and not over exposed. it suits her.
5 is nice and moody, i like the lighting
6 is also lovely

an interesting variety of styles in my opinion
