Beautiful scene, I like the tones. It might be a little dark, or just a dark (time of) day.
I think a couple of people in the foreground would have added something, but a nice photo all the same.

I like the photo a lot, the B&W works well.
I do think that there is too much snow and the foreground though, and therefore it feels a bit empty. For me, a square crop that begins a little bit below the chairs on the right hand side would work very well. The square qould promote more of a tunnel affect and also give more emphasis to the guy walking. Just IMHO.
