… and NOT the chocolate factory. From St. Patrics Day parade, 2003 or 04, the guy in Charlie Chaplin costume is giving out lollies etc to kids and you can see the little girl asking for one – the slightly older girl to the left want one, but she’s too shy to ask. There are a few onlookers with various sorts of expressions on the leftside of the picture, which, is I am not sure what to do with.

… and this is the one I worked on (as you can tell, I am really really new to post processing – all I did was to put it thru Gimp – Old Photo (Script Fu).
This again was posted elsewhere and conmike and others already commented on it, thanks again to them – more CC welcome! Please feel free to modify with the original!

Really like the edit :) Hey, scripts are there to be used. No point in re-inventing the wheel. Lovely atmosphere :)
thanks Ali, tbh didn’t know what ‘scripts’ does before trying this image! Gimp looks like a pretty decent too – might save myself a few bobs on a PS or PE license if it wasn’t for the fact that the ENTIRE internet full of PS/PE tutorials and tips!! Ah well..
