Cherries (original I know!)

We have a competition in the camera club later in the year which is for still life (namely fruit). So I set this up a couple of weeks ago. I’ve not done anything like this previously so any tips welcome!

Very nice, but I think it needs to be a lot brighter. If you could get a very focused light on the two piles of cherries it would look better.
That’s what I reckon anyway!
make a light box and then light from sides might work if not looks great as is
