ciao!
I’m Alessandro from Italy, living in Dun Laoghaire.
I discovered this site thanks to Alessia and I decided to join. Why? As soon as I switched to a Digital Canon Eos 400 2 years ago, I decided to improve my skills and I’m always looking for sharing experiences and learn from others… as far as I can see there’re a lot of possibilities here! Before I switched to the Digital i used a traditional Film Camera (Canon Eos) and started to shoot using my father’s Voigtlander when I was a boy.
I just opend a flickr account, need to upload more, if you want to have a look..s .

Hope to upload something soon as far as I understand how it works here..
by to all!
Ale5faytheParticipantHi Alessandro,
Welcome to PI and I’m sure you’ll find lots to interest and entertain you here.
I had a quick look at your Flickr photostream and there are some excellent
photographs there.
I spotted a few beautiful white fluffy clouds in some of them. :)I look forward to seeing some of your stuff on here.
Good luck.
John.

italians are colonising PI….
Glad you joined Ale, as i told you, you’ll find lots of very nice people here and very useful advices.
I suggest you to join PI events as well… only be careful… some strange people use to take part at those usually. for example a blonde girl from the north (she’s a very good photographer but rumors has it that she’s so good because of her preferred model, the famous Miss Springer) and also a (random)guy who likes to organize obscure events in Airfield :)
But luckily there are also some wise people as the man who built his own camera (you can identify him by his deep, charming eyes) and the flying girl who comes from far far away… then, there are the FANs guys….. and many many others…
in a short… lots of fun!Cheers
a.
