    top manufactures would be

    Lee (very expensive)
    Hoya
    Hitech
    B&W

i usually buy a large size filter for the largest lens and then use stepping rings to cover the rest.

Argos do a decent twin pack of polarizer and uv filter for €20. Three sizes available. Some lens will will be same size. eg Kit 18-55mm lens and 55-250mm will take the same filters.

If you buy the largest size you need and then buy stepping rings for smaller lenses
it will save you a good bit, so buy the best polarizer you can afford and then buy the
stepping rings which are very reasonable.
