cold river

hi i’m new to this site and pretty new to photography aswell..i put the above up to see what you guys think :D

the first shot is the best of the 2, try and convert to black & white, the bottom of the first pic of the wall with snow should be cropped ,
maybe a lower angle from the river would help, look for lines that draw the eye into the photo, i would have placed the river either side of the frame bottom corners, but that’s my opinion, keep it up
