is anyone doing their own color printing?
    couple of questions
1 is it worth it? or is scan and get printed as good or better? (i got some, admittedly old, rolls processed recently and put on disc, no prints because I had no idea what as on them, The grain was horrific and the colors very flat, although, strangely it added a ”retro” look to them, which suited some)
2 is it difficult? I have a jobo cpe2 and durst enlarger with a color head
3 if you do your own c41 and make your own prints, is the quality better, assuming i can take a good image in the first place
4 is it worth it for 35mm ?

Thanks in advance for any advice

I print my own colour photographs, not as much as B&W but still enjoy it from time to time.

    Is it worth it?
For me, yes, but I have no idea how it compares to scanning and inkjetting. I would presume the traditional print will be better.

    Is it difficult?
No, not at all. Once you make a few prints and get used to it, it ends up being easier than B&W in my opinion. Colour printing can be done in open trays same as B&W.

Is the quality better if doing your own C41 and printing?
    If done right, yes.

Is it worth it for 35mm?
    Yes.
