Colours by the sea

Went for a walk around Colimore Harbour on a fairly grey day, but got some nice colours from one of the boats.

Might try it again with a polarising filter – try to reduce the glare off the boat.

Any thoughts or comments?

Hi Eddie,

I like the look and idea of this photograph.
The idea of using a simple composition with few elements and
emphasizing the colour is very good.

The colours are nice and vibrant and work well together.
It looks a little like a flag.

I can’t make my mind up whether I really like the composition and I
think I would have liked the blue portion to be a little sharper.

But as I said I like the idea.
